Can't complain...you really couldn't when the group started playing at the York Opera House, lead singer, Katy Hobbs talks about her experience....

When I first found out that we were in best of the bands I was nervous because we were a newly formed soul band that had only played one previous concert. We started to practice every Tuesday and Thursday so that we could write our own song "It's nice (everybody come and dance with me)". After two months of practicing the big night finally came, we arrived at the Grand Opera House at 6.00 pm to set up and meet the other competitors. We went on stage after the interval and everyone was really nervous but we rocked the house and everyone was up dancing.

We didn't win a prize but the audience really enjoyed it and so did we. Look out for us in Community Factor this Summer!!
