Non-Uniform Day - Haiti Appeal

Non-Uniform Day - Haiti Appeal

You will be aware of the recent earthquake in Haiti with the associated suffering and hardship which has resulted from this. A number of our students have asked if we could try to help by raising some money through a non-uniform day.

As a result we will be holding a non-uniform day on Friday 22nd January and inviting all students and staff to come to school in sensible casual dress. We would ask all those taking part to donate £1 towards the Haiti appeal. All donations will be sent to the appropriate charities in this country who are managing the relief effort.

I know that there are many students who have been moved by this disaster, especially where many areas have been destroyed; I hope that even in this small way we can all feel that we are helping.
