Code of Conduct

Everyone in school should act respectfully to all others in the school.

A high standard of self discipline is important in every community including our school. You are expected to be responsible for your own actions and to show courtesy to staff, visitors and to each other.

Everyone should move about the school in a quiet and orderly manner. Keep to the left and never run.

Unless otherwise instructed, you should wait outside a room until you are told to go in.

Always pay attention during lessons - learn to listen and learn to learn.

You are expected to follow staff instructions without argument. If you feel that you have been unfairly treated, speak politely after the lesson to your teacher or to your Year Learning Co-ordinator at the end of the day.

Smoking, the use of bad language and other unsociable behaviour are forbidden while you are wearing school uniform.

All cycles brought onto the school site must be sensibly stored in the cycle store provided.

Anyone disobeying this code of conduct will be dealt with.
