Prize Giving
PRESENTATION OF AWARDS CEREMONY 2008/2009
On Monday 23rd November 2009 Canon Lee celebrated with its annual awards evening held at York Theatre Royal with guest speaker Mr Paul Murphy, Assistant Director of Learning, Culture and Children's Services.
The programme included showcase performances from Canon Lee Big Band, KS3 drama production 'Tom's Midnight Garden' and KS4 vocal group Harmony with their version of Snow Patrol's 'Run' and also Soul Band with 'Valerie'.
This year's Prize Giving film was produced by the students from the Creative and Media Diploma and focussed on the theme of 'Pride'.
We are very grateful to Dean's Nurseries who once again kindly provided the floral display.
