In class all students should:

• Line up quietly and sensibly in single file outside the classroom and wait to be invited in by your teacher.
• Get out the correct equipment for the lesson (pen, pencil, ruler, exercise book, planner) and have on their desk.
• Follow all of the teacher's instructions, first time given.
• Be polite to staff and fellow students.
• Put their hands up to answer and not shout out.
• Complete the classwork set by the teacher and write homework in their planners. This MUST be completed on time.
• Work sensibly in the classroom (never throw equipment and only get out of their seats if directed to do so by the teacher).
• Pack up only when told to do so by the teacher.
• Stand quietly behind their desks at the end of the lesson and wait to be dismissed.
• Leave every classroom as you would expect to find it.
• Ensure they always try their hardest.
• Behave well at all times inside and immediately outside the classroom.
